I have tried out several grow lights lately and so far, this is one of my favorite lights. It is keeping my plants short and stalky at about 16 inches above the tray. The side guards are nice, too… Providing my eyes a bit of protection from the bright light.And no noise. This dissipates heat from the fixture with no fans, so it is truly silent and great for my little kitchen garden.
